Your Order

These terms govern orders placed through Velmioraec™. Review the product description, selected options, delivery details, and order total before submission. Supply accurate contact and delivery information.

If an item is unavailable or a material listing error affects your order, we will explain the issue and available options. Material substitutions require your agreement.

Service Arrangements

Estimated transportation time is 3–7 calendar days after dispatch, separate from preparation. The Shipping Policy explains dispatch, charges, tracking, and delivery assistance.

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds reach the original transaction account within 7–10 business days after approval. After-sales requests are handled and answered within 3 business days of receipt.

Cancellation and Changes

Contact us promptly to request cancellation or a change. If dispatch can still be stopped, we will confirm the available adjustment or cancellation. No cancellation fee applies. After dispatch, the Return Policy governs return requests.

Fair Resolution

Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Raise order concerns through service@velmioraec.com so we can investigate and propose a resolution.

Updated terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to existing orders. Applicable law takes precedence over an unenforceable provision.
